The English Program Faculty Council of the English Language Teaching Program met on Tuesday, May 29th, 2025, to review the newly established pedagogical standards and determine how the graduate profile of this program reflects them. As a natural progression, it is necessary to conduct a review of the program’s profile through the ‘Adaptation Plan for the Adoption of New Standards for the Teaching Profession in Initial Teacher Training.’ In this regard, the Program’s Director stated: ‘The fact that our program has now successfully seen three cohorts of students graduate makes this a particularly timely moment for such a review. This initiative reflects our program’s commitment to staying current and actively pursuing continuous improvement, further demonstrating the effectiveness of our internal quality assurance measures.’
