REFLECTIVE PRACTICE: PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCES IN DIVERSE CONTEXTS I.
DESCRIPTION:

This curricular activity contributes to the student graduate profile by maintaining an interdisciplinary nature. Its purpose is for the trainee teachers, with the guidance of teachers, to diagnose some educational issues affecting the institution. This should be done through intervention or assistance in administrative functions both inside and outside the classroom, and observation in various educational spaces. It is expected that the diagnosis will serve as the basis for a proposed intervention for improvement, which should be implemented in the following semester.

Additionally, trainee teachers will meet once a week every 15 days to critically reflect on the development of their competencies based on their on-site performance. This practice includes a minimum of 6 field visits.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

LO1 Students identify the "educational needs" that institutions may present by analyzing the causes that they entail.

LO2 Students design a pedagogical intervention project according to a previous diagnosis, respecting the characteristics of the educational contexts in which it is located.

TEACHING METHODS:

Video analysis.

Tutorials in small groups and in class.

Field trips.

Completing records with observations that contribute to the diagnosis.
