REFLECTIVE PRACTICE: PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCES IN DIFFERENT DIVERSE CONTEXTS II.
DESCRIPTION:

This course contributes to the student graduate profile through the development of interdisciplinary practical activities aimed at developing the initial level of competence and creating a space for pedagogical discussion. As the name suggests, this stage specifically focuses on the development of the personal identity axis (being) of the trainee teacher at University de Los Lagos, as established in the Pedagogical Practices Strand.

This curricular activity will be mainly developed through practical activities, so the trainee teacher is able to reflect on the processes of interaction and group management in the classroom and their effect on learning. To achieve this, they must identify and analyze pedagogical practices and personal factors that influence them. This includes aspects that promote interactive, cooperative, and collaborative learning based on the roles of teachers and students in the classroom and interaction techniques within it.

In addition, the trainee teachers will meet once a week every 15 days to critically reflect on the development of their competencies based on their performance in the field. This practice includes at least 8 outings or visits to their practice centers.
