REFLECTIVE PRACTICE: DISCIPLINARY DIDACTIC INTERACTION II
DESCRIPTION:

This curricular activity contributes to the graduate profile by being oriented to the critical-reflective practice to create pedagogical knowledge; promoting and facilitating progressive, coherent and integrated experiences in the curricular trajectory and practice centers.

This course is the continuity of Reflective Practice: Disciplinary Didactic Interaction I, and seeks to contribute to the achievement of the training of pre-service teachers through an integrated work, linking students and academics of the university with the educational environment. This practice addresses components of English as a Foreign Language, teaching methodologies and learning strategies.


LEARNING OUTCOMES:

By the end of the module, students should

  1. Plan learning-teaching activities according to methodological techniques and appropriate strategies together with their collaborating teachers in institutions that belong to the local school system
  2. Reflect on own or peer teaching actions, confronting theory and practice through the evaluation of peers and tutors or collaborating teachers from the school system.

TEACHING METHODS:

Workshops, one-on-one tutoring sessions, case studies, project-based learning.
