EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
DESCRIPTION:

Curricular activity that contributes to the graduate profile of the pedagogical programs with the purpose of deepening in the different theoretical currents that explain the learning process, providing an answer to the question: How do people learn, generating spaces for reflection on their transfer to the classroom and their relationship with teaching, identifying their strengths and weaknesses; developing in the student a critical look at the different psychological perspectives, giving special emphasis to a practical application so that the student assumes a reasoned and pertinent position, thus giving meaning to the pedagogical act with the aim of implementing actions in tune with the different theoretical conceptions, promoting teaching strategies that allow the construction of meaningful learning. On the other hand, we will work with the different factors that influence the teaching and learning process, such as: affective resources of the student, the characteristics of the teacher, and the family - school relationship, allowing to know and understand the student in a better way, considering the most important aspects of the school-teacher-student triadic interaction.
