This activity is part of the field of training in education and pedagogy, within the scope of the bachelor's degree in education. Through this activity, they will reflect on the influence of the trends of the administration and economic sciences in the management of educational systems and in the pedagogical processes.
They will also problematize the ideological scopes that drive the regulations of the current legal framework of the educational system. The School Quality Assurance System will be analyzed regarding the assignment of functions, responsibilities, and various requirements to the members of the educational community. Likewise, the student will be able to recognize their daily work, from the legislation that organizes their performance, which affects and is related to the quality of education and their own professionalism.
LO1 Reflects on processes and content underlying theories, management theories, management practices, and evidences on the impact of these on the members of the educational community, on the professional development, and its results for decision-making in educational management.
LO2 Reflects on the school quality model, the legal framework that supports it, and take ownership of the management instruments of education.
Expository class led by the teacher. Explains concepts, matrix ideas, and formulates problematizing questions.
Presentation and recursive questioning, questions about the idea behind the idea, and guided reading: Reading assignments and learning activities.
